Board of Directors Assistant – Warsaw Office

Job description

  • Working as the Board of Directors Assistant in a new office at Marszałkowska Street in Warsaw
  • Support of the Board in everyday work
  • Organizing and handling meetings
  • Caring for effective and efficient flow of information between the Management Board and other Partners and Employees
  • Preparation of documents, reports, presentations
  • Organizing business trips and other business events
  • Keeping the calendar of the Board

Our expectations

  • Experience in working in a similar position – minimum 2 years
  • Higher education in the field of administration, management or related
  • Fluency in English – a prerequisite
  • Knowledge of Russian is welcome
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good work organization
  • Openness, diligence, accuracy
  • Initiative in action, proactivity
