Customer Advocate – Warsaw Office

Job description

  • Representing the interests of clients inside the organization
  • Conducting a dialogue with clients in the media, also in social media, personal contact with clients (signing communication with your own name)
  • Support for direct communication channels with the Customer Advocate (mail, postal correspondence, chat and other)
  • Consideration of customer appeals from submitted responses to complaints provided by other Company employees
  • Management of potential crisis situations
  • Communication with supervising institutions
  • Analyzing the reasons for customer dissatisfaction
  • Reporting analysis results
  • Presenting constructive solutions to the analyzed problems

Our expectations

  • Higher education, preferred fields of study: PR and marketing, journalism, management
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (Customer Advocate, Communication Office, Customer Service, Service Quality, Customer Experience)
  • Very good command of English – a prerequisite
  • Experience in creating rules and manuals for crisis management
  • Experience in solving crisis situations
  • Experience in crisis communication
  • Knowledge of crisis communication rules
  • Ability to manage crisis situations
  • Ability to solve problems by yourself
  • Ease of making contact and maintaining relationships
  • Ability to think analytically, logically and evaluate facts
  • Very good organization of own work
  • High target orientation
  • Ability to work in a team, assertiveness, accuracy
