Job description

  • Conducting recruitment processes for specialist and managerial positions
  • Organization of internships and apprenticeships
  • Organization of substantive training
  • Organization of language training
  • Implementation of an employee in a new workplace (preparation of a package, preparation of information about new employees, onboarding)
  • Conducting meetings with employees after the trial period
  • Running Exit Interview in specialist and managerial positions
  • Organization of events for employees
  • Participation in HR projects
  • Administration of the Intranet system in the field of HR information / documentation
  • Preparation of HR documents
  • Managing the Career tab on the website
  • Preparation of HR reports

Our expectations

  • Higher education, preferred fields of study: management, psychology, sociology, finance, economics
  • Min. 2 years of experience in the HR department in an international environment
  • Very good command of the English language – a necessary condition
  • Very good knowledge of labor law
  • Experience in settling overtime is welcome
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • Ease of making contact and maintaining relationships
  • The ability to think analytically, logically and evaluate facts
  • Very good organization of own work
  • High goal orientation
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Assertiveness
  • Accuracy
