Job description

  • Configuration of computer hardware and software
  • Registration, diagnosis and resolution of current reports of company employees
  • Inventory of computer hardware and software
  • Participation in IT projects
  • Reporting of completed tasks

Our expectations

  • Knowledge of computer hardware
  • Knowledge of MS Windows 10 systems
  • Knowledge of MS Office 365 office software
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory technology
  • Knowledge of computer networks
  • Knowledge of English (min B2)
  • Scrupulousness and independence in action
  • Very good work organization
  • Ability to work under time pressure, resistance to stress

Nice to have:

  • Experience in working with the JIRA Service Desk system
