Junior Claims Handling Specialist – Warsaw Office

Job description

  • Conducting the claims handling process in accordance with the applicable procedures and legal regulations
  • Caring for high quality damage handling
  • Caring for high quality customer service
  • Conducting correspondence with Clients and Business Partners in the field of damage handling
  • Cooperation with websites and other external entities providing services to the Company

Our expectations

  • Minimum annual experience in a similar position or in telephone customer service (Contact Center). Preferred branches: assistance / insurance / financial
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Fluent knowledge of the Russian language
  • Very good knowledge of the Polish language
  • Knowledge of English is welcome
  • Very good organization of own work
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Readiness for shift work
  • A high level of personal culture
  • Openness and communicativeness
  • Independence in action and accuracy
  • Target orientation
