Junior Claims Handling Specialist – Warsaw Office

Job description

  • Managing the claims handling process in accordance with applicable procedures and legal regulations
  • Caring for high quality damage handling
  • Caring for high quality telephone customer service
  • Conducting correspondence with Clients and Business Partners in relation to the scope of handling claims
  • Cooperation with services and other external entities providing services to the Company

Our expectations

  • Minimum one-year experience in a similar position or in telephone customer service (a prerequisite), preferred sectors: assistance / insurance / financial
  • Higher education degree, preferred courses: insurance, economics, finance
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent knowledge of the Polish language
  • Knowledge of English, Croatian and Italian is welcome
  • Very good organization of own work
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • High level of personal culture
  • Openness and communication skills
  • Independence in action
  • Target orientation
  • Resistance to stress
