Who I am?

My most important task is to represent the customers interests within the company. I deal with the most complex issues that require an individual approach. I always consider it from the customer’s perspective and in cooperation with our experts, I strive to find satisfactory solution. I strongly believe that it is possible thanks to openness and full cooperation!
I do also look after the communication with customers so that it is always transparent and understandable.

In which cases can I provide the support?

First of all, when the complaint procedures have already been used and the solutions presented by us have not met the client’s expectations. I also help in all matters that are not subject to standard procedures.
