Digital Care and MTTC launch
their joint high end service

Digital Care, the largest provider of mobile device protection solutions on the Polish market, has just launched its own service. The project, branded MTTC Poland, is the result of joint efforts by Digital Care and MTTC, mobile device repair service leader in the Baltics. This is the company’s response to the changing needs of customers and is the next stage of full integration of services for users of mobile devices that Digital Care is aiming at. Ultimately, over 100 experts will be employed in the service located in Warsaw Mokotów district.

MTTC is a Lithuanian company that has been operating in over 15 countries for more than 10 years. It provides comprehensive maintenance and repair services of mobile devices. MTTC is the company of choice for manufacturers, distributors, insurers, as well as individual clients. As a result, the company is one of the largest providers of repair and maintenance – under guarantee and post-guarantee – in the Baltic States. Importantly, MTTC has the operating authorization from the top mobile device manufacturers, such as Samsung, Apple, Huawei, SONY, NOKIA, LG, or Xiaomi, which means that the devices repaired by the company do not lose their guarantee coverage.

Response to clients’ needs

The newly opened MTTC Poland service will enable Digital Care to provide even more comfortable and efficient service for their clients. Having an independent service will also allow the company to optimize repair process at every stage. In the nearest future, it will be possible to repair the device in the express mode, which means that it will be ready for pick-up within two hours. What is more, Digital Care customers will be offered access to all services on a walk-in basis, i.e. without the need to report the defect beforehand.

Our own maintenance service is a crucial, yet not the final, milestone in our mission to provide our customers with a complete range of services related to their mobile devices. Our customers are our priority and launching the MTTC Poland maintenance service will ensure they are treated accordingly and offered help immediately”, said Aleksander Wistuba, President of the Digital Care Management Board.

Serious investment

The new MTTC Poland service is over 1,000 square meters big and it is located in the Wiśniowy Biznes Park office compound in the Mokotów district.

“Our plan is to consistently expand the activities of MTTC Poland, company that today focuses on mobile devices’ diagnostics and repair. As our next step, we want to introduce refurbishment to our offer and then other services in order to create synergy with all the units of Digital Care group and provide our clients with full support throughout the entire life cycle of their mobile devices” said Adam Ciach, Member of the Board of MTTC Poland.

The company will employ over 100 experts to provide maintenance service up to 16,000 customers a monthly.

Express repairs
for Orange Smart Care customers

Orange Polska, along with Digital Care, introduces new service for Orange Smart Care customers. Starting August this year the customers can count on a support of an authorized repair point located in the Orange Smart Store in the Warsaw Sezam office building. One of the offers of the point includes a 2-hour express repair.
