Express repairs
for Orange Smart Care customers

Orange Polska, along with Digital Care, introduces new service for Orange Smart Care customers. Starting August this year the customers can count on a support of an authorized repair point located in the Orange Smart Store in the Warsaw Sezam office building. One of the offers of the point includes a 2-hour express repair.

Repair Point at the Orange Smart Store

Stationary repair point is a big convenience for those who would like to safe time or for those who for other reasons do not want to use the courier services. It is enough to come to the Orange Smart Store in Sezam and leave the phone in the safe hands of Repair Point employees. Standard repair will last for a maximum of 5 days, but the customers will also be offered a possibility to limit the repair to 2 hours.

The solution is convenient as it includes performing customer service, diagnosis, repair as well as pick-up of the phone in one place. What’s more, during the visit customers can activate Orange Smart Care service at any time of their subscription, on the condition that the smartphone is in good condition and is verified by a specialist.

Express Repair

If, after carrying out the diagnosis, all necessary spare parts are available on site, and the technological process allows it, the customer will be offered a 2 hours Express Repair, for PLN 99 only.

Orange Smart Care

Orange Smart Care is a service offered by Orange in cooperation with Digital Care. It is directed to both – customers who decide to buy a smartphone from the operator, as well as the SIM card only. For PLN 9.99 a month, customers are entitled to smartphone repair up to the limit of PLN 1000, if the screen gets damaged or the entire device is broken due the contact with water.

The Premium version of the Orange Smart Care service is aimed primarily at high end handsets. The services allows one repair within 12 months up to the value of the phone and allows even to replace it in the event of water flooding, or repairing in entirely due to mechanical damage. Its monthly cost is PLN 15.99.
